The quality of the development is ensured through the implementation of The Lake at Heritage Pointe Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines. These guidelines are there to protect not only the integrity of the community but also home owners’ investment in their properties.
Landscaping plans, structural architecture, changes and modifications, and installation of fencing and structures including in-ground and above-ground pools require the approval of the Board of Directors.
Please refer to the Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines in the Restrictive Covenant and Encumbrances Agreement registered against your Title for specifics. Note that there are Restrictive covenants and encumbrances registered against title on all lots.
Homeowners may submit a request for changes, additions or other modifications by providing information on the design, description of project and materials, location and site plan for review by the Architecture & Landscape sub-committee of the Board of Directors.
