Residential mail boxes are located in the Village Centre at the entrance to the Lake at Heritage Pointe community. Daily pickup and delivery is provided by Okotoks Post Office. Residential parcel pickup is located in the community of Cranston, the Canada Post outlet inside the Sobey's store.
